Shipping policy

Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours. However, we might face a delay under any unforeseen circumstances. Please accept our puppy-faced cute apologies in advance if something like that happens. If you are a Dilli-vaasi, good news! Orders in Delhi NCR will reach you within 2-3 business days. Delivery in other parts of India will be done within 5-6 business days of placing the order.

POST DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS :

If your product arrives in poor condition or the packaging appears tampered with or damaged before delivery, kindly refuse the delivery and do not accept the order. Reach out to our team with your order ID, and we’ll arrange for a brand-new replacement at no extra cost to you. 

PAYMENT :

We accept payments through all major VISA or RazorPay credit and debit cards via our secure payment gateway at checkout. Transactions are processed exclusively in INR (Indian National Rupee). All duties and taxes are already included in the listed price.
