Return & Exchange policy

At Raya, we want our beautiful customers to face no fret or hassle!  We offer a 24-hour return policy and 3-day exchange policy to ensure your shopping experience is seamless and enjoyable.

Return Due to Damage or Tampered Packaging

If you receive a product in poor condition or notice that the packaging is tampered with or damaged upon delivery, please:

  • Refuse to accept the package and return it directly to the delivery person.

  • Email us immediately at connect@shopraya.co.in with your Order ID, so we can promptly address the issue.

We will ensure a brand-new replacement is sent to you.

If You Don’t Love the Product (which would be heartbreaking, but okay!)

In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return request:

  1. Log in to your account on our website using the email ID associated with your order. If you don’t have an account, you can create one using the same email ID.

  2. Go to the Return/Exchange section and choose the appropriate option.

  3. We will arrange a pickup from your doorstep at your convenience.

Conditions for Return and Exchange

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with the original packaging, tags, and invoice.

  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
